"Surprisingly quiet for a late lunch on Saturday so quiet in fact that the cocktails we had been recommended by the restaurant that we make time to sample were not available because the cocktail barperson was offduty. Once we had passed that disappointment, the rest of the afternoon was very pleasant, aided by excellent service and food that was wellexecuted barring a few bits of shell in the crab salad and a somewhat less than melting portion of belly pork. A very handy venue for the Wigmore Hall, and for Oxford St shoppers looking to escape the retail fray. I'd happily return to this place to see how it's evolving and I still want to sample the cocktail menu"

We were a large booking for a work team Christmas lunch, expecting the place to be full but for the whole time we were there the restaurant was completely empty except for or booths with people each. Absolutely horrible. Worst service ever. Only tables in the restaurant full and still took an hour to get our food. Waitstaff totally inattentive and uncommuncative. Twice brought the wrong food. Their only offer at the end “oh don’t worry we have removed the optional gratuity.” Geez, really?! Thanks. So nice of you. Never again. Calling mgr on Monday

We enjoyed Yorkshire pudding dishes which is the restaurant’s feature. My friend who came from another country and wanted to have Yorkshire puddings was so happy trying them with various toppings. Great idea! We definitely wish the restaurant to continue it. The restaurant is spacy and has quite a few tables. No unnecessary loud bgm which is nice. The staff is friendly and thoughtful. I would definitely like to go back there
