massive disappointment, we thought we would stop for a fast meal while we returned to the hotel from the Dutch quarter. as if we were an annoying to the waiter, it waits ridiculously long for us to eat, and when we got it, we understood why the table.

I and my 16-m-old today here for lunch, sooo nice, they realized quite fast I was English and produced an English menu that arrived the babys meal in minutes of order and was delicious! my pizza was the best ever, great eating, great staff, happy smiley owners. well recommended!

we ate here looking for a restaurant on a busy Saturday night. they managed to fit us and we were so satisfied that all other restaurants were fully booked. the food was excellent and the atmosphere was very pleasant. the prices were very reasonable. and I would recommend this place to anyone who likes Italian cuisine. We ate here on a busy Saturday evening during the Christmas market season and we lucky enough to secure a table without reservation. The restaurant isn’t particularly big but what is lacks it size it makes up for in flavour and atmosphere. I would recommend...the calzone and the crostini and also the carbonara. Would recommend.

first return to carol so that after returning canaries we decided to go italian while in carols. eating first class and small intimate style very relaxing. now on our coffee and wine to finish. we had both pasta. I had tortellini with tomato. .and other half had fatuccine. great meals and very filling. Hopefully we get another chance to try desserts before we go home. it is worth looking for this small facility.

I have been here twice and have not been disappointed by anything I have tried. My family most recently got the prosciutto, Gorgonzola and caprese pizzas and we loved all 3 (especially great if you add fresh arugula on top for just 1,50). The pizza...has a nice thin crust and the amount of sauce and cheese is simply perfect. The seafood risotto and the ravioli are also divine. With great prices, indoor and outdoor seating, and friendly service, I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. Visualizza piatti

Found this little restaurant while wandering around Cologne. Straight away we were greeted by a lovely lady who made us feel welcome and at home despite us being English speaking. The ambience was lovely here with lots of pictures and masks on the wall but...overshadowing this was the warm welcome by (I presume) the family that runs this business. The food was lovely (pizza and calamari) and the price fair. We are in Cologne for a few more nights so might even go back. Well worth a visit if you're in the area and relaxation and atmosphere is as important as the food.

Tired and hungry my mother and I looked for a nice Italian in downtown Cologne. In the absence of ideas, we resorted to our tribal for a fast pizza in the city: at Bepi! This Italian has been there for years and he is always full. Compared to Dumont Carré, there is usually no free space in the outdoor area, but after that we were not. In the restaurant you can entertain yourself undisturbed and are served just as quickly. The staff was unobtrusive, very friendly and fast. We used to eat at Bepi every once in a while for more than 20 years due to its central location, great atmosphere and good Italian food. The last time we went was just before the old owner retired, and all was good as expected....Now we went for the first time after the new owner took over... what an unpleasant surprise. The pizza we were served was outright disgusting. The base seemed to be ready made pre-produced, the toppings not worth mentioning, and it tasted worse than some frozen supermarket pizzas. Since it is rather difficult to 'unlearn ' how to make a decent pizza base, topping it with fresh ingredients and finishing it in a professional pizza oven I believe the decision to serve...
