Etablissement chaleureux situé dans le centre ville de QUILLAN. Chambres agréables et bien équipées. Restaurant tres typique comprennant notamment une belle cheminée, souvent en fonction. Cuisine et service excellents. Choisir notamment le menu "cassoulet" si vous voulez "anéantir" une grosse faim.

An irreproachable cleanliness, a limited space but enough. I'm just sorry about lighter doors, which lets people hear the passage through the hallway. Also note the air conditioning in heating mode, it is a pity for those who appreciate the freshness in their room even in the spring. I point out that the room wasn't necessarily heated, but it was only impossible to use air conditioning to cool down, as the very friendly manager told us. Apart from this, it was a very nice stay and breakfast was hearty and varied.
