"Ich hatte einen Platz für meine Familie zum Muttertag gebucht. Als wir ankamen waren wir fast sofort dort und hatten trotz der kurzfristigen Reservierung einen recht schönen Platz. Der Service war sehr angenehm und auch das Essen ist auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert. Das Wunderbare an diesem Restaurant ist, dass es als Ausgangs oder Endpunkt für einen Besuch der nahe gelegenen Tropfsteinhöhlen von Grotte de Vallorbe genutzt werden kann.Nach der Bestellung servierte uns der Kellner eine kleine kleine Vorspeise zu unserem Aperitif. Zwei von uns hatten das klassische Tartare bestellt, das tatsächlich manuell zubereitet wird und vor dem Servieren serviert der Kellner eine kleine Probe, um zu sehen, ob der Tartar so ist, wie Sie es möchten. Eine Person hatte die Croute Morille, ein Schweizer Gericht, das in einer Keramikpfanne serviert wurde, in der gebackenes Brot mit mehreren Zutaten (ein bisschen wie ein schweres warmes Frühstück) gebacken wurde, und in diesem Fall mit Morcheln serviert wurde exzellent, ganz sicher.Das Dessert, das wir hatten, ein Moelleux au Chocolat, ist ein warmer, innen noch flüssiger Schokoladenkuchen war von ausgezeichnetem Geschmack.Auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert, und vergessen Sie nicht, die Tropfsteinhöhlen zu machen."

"The restaurant we were lucky enough to dine at was simply amazing. As soon as we arrived, the warm and elegant atmosphere immediately seduced us. But it was above all the quality of the food that completely won us over. Each bite was a true delight for the taste buds. The flavors were perfectly balanced and the dishes were presented with great finesse. We were also impressed by the impeccable and attentive service from the staff. They took great care of us and made our experience even more pleasant. We can only recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience. We look forward to returning !"

"Pleasant setting. Friendly staff. The tongue dish was good. The roast beef to replace the ham on the bone (finished at 12:30 p.m. was hearty but lacked salt, as did the fries and the lentil and Russian salad as an accompaniment... unwise. It is very complicated to sit at the table on the terrace with seniors. Massive non-movable benches and tables. Wheelchair accessibility: The toilets are not suitable. Price per person: CHF 50–60"

"Y allons au minium une fois par année depuis plus de 20 ans, et jusqu’à présent toujours avec plaisir. Nous regrettons toutefois la disparition de l’essentiel de la carte qui faisait aux yeux de beaucoup le succès de ce restaurant dans le passé. On y trouvait tant un grand choix de plats traditionnels que de la cuisine plus élaborée. Bien que nous ayons apprécié les mets qui s’y font actuellement, nous regrettons vivement les röstis en plat unique déclinés de plusieurs façons (tessinoise, fribourgeoise, … , le jambonneau et le pied de porc, le filet de boeuf aux morilles (on devrait plutôt dire les morilles au filet de boeuf, tellement la portion de morilles y était généreuse !! et autres spaghettis « bolo » qui étaient à la base de notre fidélité. Dommage. Covid oblige ? … Par ailleurs, sorbet citron artisanal décevant (bloc de glace informe et complètement cristallisé dans lequel le colonel avait indéniablement perdu l’un de ses galons … Service aimable mais dépassé."
