"I gave the essence 3 chances and every time it was an absolute catastrophe. when a load is well filled, this actually speaks for the restaurant, here it seems to be only and alone to be because every customer is unequivocally long waiting for food, drinks or even the bill and therefore simply cannot go. After entering, you are welcomed and directed to the table, that was also the only competent act of the staff at each of the visits. until a card has been handed or was asked for drinks 20 minutes passed, which though approx. 9 people from the personal were visible in the theken and restaurant area.After we had ordered the drinks as well as pre- and main dishes, the unfortunate took its course. Drinks lasted another 10 minutes, although this was only softdrinks. the appetizer came after about 25 minutes and was 0 8 15 ware. the spicy Tex-Mex-creolic fusion kitchen proved to be a mix of finished products with spicy mixes. the same met the main dishes, which approx. 35-40 minutes after the main dish came. to then test the thekenpersonal we order cocktails and mocktails. the deco can only be called poor and the preparation of cocktails was simply wrong. for example cocktails that belong on ice cubes to get a nice foam were simply shaked together with ice and tipped into the glass. We got a table in contrast to the drinks quickly..Since we had a 4 courses menue the suppe came first. that was very tasty. then it took forever until the second was there. that was an salate, so there can not be time for preparation. We didn't have to wait so long, but it was a disappointment. has tasted well, but it was so small that we thought to get an appetizer. whether it was because we came with a good certificate or always so I cannot say of course.The dessert was then very good again, but overall you cannot really recommend the visit of the restaurant. we're not going there anymore.

we, my friend and I were on a Saturday night in hagen and wanted to eat something and drink a few cocktails.
