This place is so nice and cozy! Definitely Greek themed. We have been here about times now. The service is always good, the food is delicious and food..

excellent, star less because we had to wait very long, almost an hour for the main dish, although everything was ordered together. otherwise nice cozy ambiente, service friendly.

Saw the comments about rudeness... lol I get it but I've gotten used to it here in Germany. Take that entitlement back to the states. They were attentive that's all that matters... the food was pretty great and they had the best Tap Radler ive had so far.

unfortunately not satisfied. two courts for home ordered and picked up in front of the place. one of them was unpacked, so he had landed completely in the plastic bag. on the phone and at the reception very unfriendly. taste of eating very monotonous, fad and boring. This place is so nice and cozy! Definitely Greek themed. We have been here about 4 times now. The service is always good, the food is delicious and food always comes out quick! They offer you shots at the end of the meal. Not sure what type of liquor it was but it had an acquiring taste. The environment is very home like and they always make you feel welcomed. They don't accept credit cards, cash only!

we were to be ordered in the local. were appetizers that were so good. Furthermore we got Greek rice noodles with chop meat and cheese baked and lamb fillet the lamb fillet could not be eaten, not only that the back of the meat was almost black, no it was also dry and very tough, you could hardly cut it, we complained the filet and a pie. but sorry for € I expect something else!!!! or are we just pampered?

Ouch. This restaurant's service is it's own worst enemy and, unfortunately, is its distinguishing characteristic despite food and value being quite good. And by service I mean that one lady the other reviewers refer to. Google Maps states open at their door says and she strolled in at almost (the cook had let us in)...and it only went downhill from there. I would not return so long as I had another option. It is disappointing, and of my reviews on here are positive, if that's saying anything.

If you're looking for Greek food in the Vilseck area, this is the place you should try first! Definitely number 1 in the area with incredible flavors and options for every palette. Most visits, I enjoy eating the grilled pork, fries, and horiatiki salad on the side. (Greek Country Salad) It definitely won't disappoint. Filled with olives and a lovely piece of feta cheese. There is also a chicken and pork dish that is served with a white wine sauce and rice. It is so tasty! A solid choice for greek food; but I didn't have time to try the other greek place on Marketplatz for comparison purposes. I ate late, so it was quiet and finding a table was easy. Kreta is fairly small, maybe a dozen or so tables of varying sizes, and it shares an entranceway from the street with another restaurant, so don't look for a dedicated doorway off Marketplat (just look across the street from Aladdin Grlll and slightly away from the clock tower).
