Best food in Gießen, friendly service, large sun terrace. At least 20 times. In summer best alternative to other locals at Lahn. I haven't found any better carvings in Gießen yet. Price/ line super. Very recommended.

Lahngenuss restaurant is the number one for me when it comes to freshness and taste. In summer, the large terrace is very cozy and you have a very nice view of the river. Since the interior has limited spaces and the price, the performance ratio is correct, this is already around. That is why you should have reservations. The same applies in summer to the terrace when installations take place. We always call before and it really is worth it.
