"you can order lunch in da persio until 22:45, so when I put a job at 21:00, I never thought that my order will never reach me. I gave my phone number, I have my name and address (two times) I had a simple order. (only two things: rice with chicken and vegetables and ice cream) and I live very close to the center of Freiburg. After an hour and a half I called and asked what happened to my order, as they said it would take about 40 minutes. the man on the phone apologised and said that my order is gone. it never came and no one called me, and after 23:00 no one was to reach. I will never order food from this place again and I strongly recommend to anyone who wants to order food in Freiburg to find another delivery service."

Über Lieferheld bestellt. Essen kommt nach 2Stunden lauwarm keine Entschädigung....Telefonisch beschwert, Lieferservice sagt ich solle ihn schlecht bewerten, das sei weniger Stress als ein Gutschein auszustellen...Was soll man da sagen....Besser nicht dort bestellen....

Spaghetti Carbonara - weiche Nudeln mit Pressschinken in reiner Sahne - absolut geschmacklos, Käse extra bestellt - nicht mitgeliefertPizza - weich, latschig und ungeniessbar :-(Das einzig essbare war der Salat.Ich werde sicher nichts mehr bestellen :-(((
