The location next to the river offers nice atmosphere.The inclusive (salad, entree and dessert) made the meal very reasonably priced by Switzerland. We had the perch fillet, and it was excellent. The young waiter we had was very attentive, engaging and spoke excellent English.

Location and service are good, but unfortunatelly I can not tell same for the taste of food. We ordered rind fillet and cordon blue, rind fillet was mwdiacore, but cordon blue was really below thr line, I rhink they should reduce their menu options and try to focus a few good dishes.

Language is important, but you also need to know how to speak well. This is a lovely local restaurant near the covered bridge in Thun so a very pretty setting. There is outside and inside seating and today was quite mild so we chose outside. The waiter offered us english menus which was great. We had the stuffed tomatoes and a pizza to share. The stuffed tomatoes were fantastic and the pizza was also good although even sharing we could not get through it. Two wines and two beers and it was a relatively (for Switzerland) cheap meal.
