"This is a good restaurant to go to if your very hungry! The portion size is HUGE! But quality of the burgers is on a par with the size. It is like walking in to a very fake American restaurant at the start but when...you go in and see the size of it and have spent mins at your seat everything starts to look a bit better as is soaks in. The service is good, English Menu's, good beers, good burgers, but it is rather pricey and thats what stops me going again, at the end of the day it is just a beer and a burger and I grudge paying so much for that (im Scottish..."

texas restaurant is a very popular diner in weimar which caters for meat lovers and never lets you down good food at a reasonable price although i think most german establishments are over priced compared to the uk.

We came on a Monday when it was one of only a few restaurants were open. Being from the USA, we probably wouldn't have chosen this restaurant normally but it was pretty good. The portions are huge, but the food is good and the atmosphere...is fun.

I loved this place. It‘s right next to the Schwarzbierhaus and set up in Wild West style. I loved the whole scenery and the way the place was decorated. The food was delicious and the staff members very funny and quick. Would love to go...there again

We got a really big portion: hamburger, salad in a nice tortillachip with shell shape and french fries. Hamburger meat was really delicious grilled meat with nice smoky taste and service and prices were ok! Even too cheap for the size of the dish! Really...recommend Visualizza piatti

I had a really nice dinner there, which was cooked lamb in a special sauce, it was really delicious but a bit expensive. Drink also was too much expensive and it was equal to a main meal in another restaurant! but if you wanna try...a good food and your budget is not limited you should try it then

Great experience ! You would never exect an restaurant like this in a city like Weimar. But go for it and you won't be diappointed. Big plates of really delicious stuff. Just sit down and enjoy. The only downside: as it seems to be very...popular, you need to book a table in advance. Otherwise you do not have a chance

There's nothing fancy about the food but it tasted good. The portion sizes are insane... But just what I wanted at the time. I ordered a bbq burger. It came with fries and a huge salad in a taco. Very good restaurant, big choice of dishes incl. burgers, salads, tasty soups (corn chowder ...yammi). It is placed relatively close to the centre of Weimar but not easy to find. It is not expensive, they have a lot of space in levels. Perhaps not...very comfortable seats but reallz to be recommended due to quality of food.

Came for lunch during the Easter break. Seating outside and inside it was a little windy so we chose inside but at a window seat so we could still see. Menu is similar to what you might find in a 'Texas' style restaurant anywhere outside...of Texas. Good portion sizes, super friendly staff, tasty food. Near the end of the meal a young bird flew into the restaurant. A member of staff very carefully caught it and released it back outside
