01/03/2025 There were four of us in the restaurant. The price-performance ratio wasn't right. We won't be coming back. The parking situation at 6:30 p.m. was a disaster

this house has history! who big parents didn't go there sooner aren't a real foursome! partys here to celebrate (daughterday) is recommended and great. I'm happy if I can celebrate and eat my birthday here after corona.

We lived for the first time at Hotel Zur eisern Hand and were very pleased with the size of the rooms, especially the bath, cleanliness, as well as the friendliness of the people and at a quite acceptable price. Wir wurden sehr freundlich aufgenommen. Der Tisch war bereits eingedeckt. Die Reservierung war vom selben Tag. Die Inhaberin kümmerte sich hervorragend um unsere 8jährigen Enkel. Die Speisekarte war sehr ausgewogen. Es gab auch etliche Angebote für Vegetarier. Das Essen war frisch gekocht und sehr lecker. Der Service war insgesamt sehr gut. In terms of a restaurant that serves healthy food that tastes great, this is the probably the best restaurant I've ever been to! Bright but cozy ambiance and wonderful service. Their pork with mushroom sauce was amazing. This restaurant hotel establishment is family-owned, and...they clearly care deeply about what they do and it shows. We also stayed at the hotel which was clean, spacious, and very affordable. I would definitely recommend this hotel restaurant.

On a recent trip from the USA to Viersen Germany, for medical treatments, my family had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Zur eisernen Hand. The owners Anja and Stephan went out of there way to meet our needs and make us more than...comfortable!! Not only did they cook and bake foods for our special diets but they emailed us several times prior to our stay to make sure they had everything we would need such as real cream for our morning coffee which they brought to our rooms. The rooms were simple but very clean and comfortable... the food at their family owned restaurant was home made, mostly organic and incredible!!!
