"Clear recommendation! After the change of the operator in the spring of last year, there were some start-up difficulties and also the quality of the food offered fluctuated significantly. After a new cook has been found, the Saigon can call itself a Vietnamese special restaurant. The quality of dishes differs significantly from the uniform taste of regional Asian cuisine. Unlike many other locals, here are the soy sprouts I hate, absolutely fresh and crisp. Definitely a good sign. Also the new cook always has time for a friendly conversation with its guests. Suggestions and suggestions, in case something was not to the satisfaction of someone, are kind and grateful. I can recommend the duck (M15 with the soup). Measured at the really very fair prices for lunch, really unlimited. If you want to come in the evening or not use the cheaper menus for lunch, I can recommend a real highlight: No. 405, is a Vietnamese beef with all kinds of supplements. "spontaneously after a Chinese restaurant in röthenbach a.d.Pegnitz we landed in the happy star. immediately after entering the restaurant the first negative impressions have obviously not seen fresh water for a long time. further it went to the table. operation very friendly, atmosphere resembles a kantine, very pity, they could more drauß. after ordering drinks it went to all in the buffet. on the way there we almost lost the shoes, unbelievably like the floor standing. there was obviously no proper cleaning with fat. unavoidable, standing through the grill in the room, which is first good. but they can go here from time to time with a fat cleaner. selection on 15,80 euro expensive everything in the buffet was okay. quality a little easy, the finished dishes very fat that has moved us to grab the raw food and let them cook through the cook. eating came very fast and again the service was very friendly. tastefully it was really good. Conclusion: eating was absolutely nothing for us for the price limit, atmosphere, but we will not go again."

"I discovered and dined at Gusto Natural (located in a well dressed suburb of Nuremberg) on my second night after immersing myself in a traditional Bavarian restaurant the night prior. The two experiences were worlds apart. From the moment I stepped into the restaurant it 's...charm wooed me, the simple elegance of the restaurant creating a warm and inviting ambience. It certainly is not a stuffy restaurant but you almost feel as though you want to look your best to dine here, to honour your surroundings. The staff greeted me with a smile, my lack of German was quickly evident and met with English by the staff in place making me feel all that more comfortable. I started with a drink in the bar as I had not made a reservation and it seemed to be a busy Monday night. The bartender (who I later came to know as Daniel is also the owner with his partner Daniela who happened to be my hostess/waitress). I explained I had been enjoying Aperol spritzers and Daniel offered to make me a Lillet Berry spritzer which was the perfect start on such a fine summers day. Daniela then approached and introduced herself and her other colleague on the floor (Viola) which was incredibly nice as I was dining alone and I was made to feel like part of the team. As Gusto Natural adopts a South American style of cooking, having not yet been to South America I was all that more intrigued. I explained that as I had yet to experience this type of dining style I would leave my meal choice to her (very brave for me), Daniela asked a few questions to help guide her and within no time at all the food started coming. Bread and dips to start then the starter of steak sashimi quickly followed as did the explanations and cooking techniques used in the kitchen to prepare this cooking style. The next course (the main event) was a 400g piece of beef fillet cooked to the Chef 's recommendation of medium rare and it was a sight. Centre stage on the plate in all its natural glory. Then came the sides. Three bundles of green beans wrapped in bacon, thick cut fries and sautéed spinach. My heart sank a little because it looked so good I didn 't want to eat it, that feeling flashed quickly as my nose drew in the aromas and my stomach said 'ravage it ' which I did politely given my surroundings. During the meal my drink was replaced with a Hügel spritzer (not entirely sure that 's how you spell it or what it was) which I couldn 't get enough of. Eating and intermittently chatting with Daniel, Daniela and Viola as they seamlessly worked what as an almost full restaurant I finished my meal and was totally enamoured and a totally exquisite night."

"for the first time, we tried the new restaurant “Madame Bui” which is still relatiw, which is in our direct neighbourship. Unfortunately, the visit went so much wrong that I would not like more than one point in everything. but the row after. Around 20.15 clock the garden is good, but not excessively filled, the gas room itself is empty. when we arrive, the table is still sticky from the predecessors. only after the request, it is wiped off by one of the two controls. the two service forces are friendly and striving, but the one is absolutely overwhelmed, the other is already close to despair. this is also noticeable for the gast and does not contribute to a pleasant ambiente. one of the services still mentions that apparently a rather chaotic day prevails, but surely eat away. our order is two water, a Papaya salad as an appetizer and two main vegates with tofu. the two water are the only thing that works out of the order without errors. then two Papaya salads come, of which we must leave one of them, of course. the cutlery is placed in the madame bui not very decorative in beer jars of a Franconian brewery on the tables, which is expedient, but rather wants to fit a Franconian hostage rather than an Asian ambided. because only one serviette in the glass clean, the other is dirty, we have to order a new one extra. It takes two to ask for it, as it was forgotten. after the salat follows the main court. this comes – as we almost feared – only once instead of twice. the service has simply confused the orders. further chaos is also noticeable. the side table is obviously not satisfied and has to draw attention to its fourth or fifth order of drink, which simply does not come. we are obviously not the only ones who are not satisfied.If all this has not been bad enough, the hammer follows. After we have also received the second ordered (probably) vegetarian main dish with tofu, we begin to eat. the taste is good, but not exceeding, I have already eaten better with other vietnamesen, especially with regard to spice. but that's a good taste and I could live with it. so that I can not live in any case and what the barrel really brought to pass is the fact that there are two vegetarian-oriented larger pieces of chicken meat. an absolute no-go that must not happen. we were really mad, complained directly in the kitchen and at the services, left everything back and immediately asked for the bill. the restaurant must be too good that you have not calculated anything and apologized. this was also the least we had expected. Nevertheless, the chaotic states do not make a good impression and do not convey a good experience. the thing with the chicken (not only one piece, but several and that eat right in both) is pure **** and must not happen.It remains to be hoped that madame bui gets the load quickly in the grip. if we give the restaurant a second chance, we don't know yet. at the moment the lust has been on it."
