"This restaurant can only be praised as they were able to cater for thirty hungry people who walked through their door, with no booking, and the place was already heaving when we arrived, the food was delicious and I did not hear one complaint from...anyone in the party. Why you may ask were thirty people dining together well we were on a EU sponsored surprise inspection of the Rhine river, last year we were there checking on the suspicion that a rogue population of crocodiles had sneaked up from Africa and were reported to have been seen swimming up the Rhine. After extensive observation all thirty of us did not have a sighting. This year however it was reports of flamingos nesting, we were searching for on the Rhine, Global warming is not to be laughed at !!!!!! however as usual only pink Elephants were seen roaming the streets, in vast numbers after the pubs had closed. After a long days sightseeing we needed a tasty meal in a casual atmosphere and this fitted the bill perfectly. Great pizza, good house wine and friendly staff. Good value too, considering it is located in the heart of the old town. Highly recommended

Everytime I'm in Cologne I go to this restaurant and it never disappoints me. It's a nice place with a nice atmosphere, the food is delicious and abundant for a fair price. It's a bit hidden, so it is never too crowded, and the service...is friendly and fast
