"The menu is very limited, and we had one time when they refused us service because it was minutes before closing time. But when we had meals here (twice) the food was quite good and the service friendly. I would not shy away from...this restaurant if you are staying at the Art'otel and looking for convenience, but I would not seek it out as a destination. "We choose the location because of its convenient location next to the S-bahn line 1 (Friedenau), on our way back of a long bike ride. BUT this is real gem! The staff was not only very friendly and welcoming. It was hard to choose so we got a vegan version of the mixed starter platter. Quite heavy with the fried dishes but very tasty! As a main dish we got okra stew and vegan mixed rice platter. Both super tasty and a large portion. We couldn't even finnish it but they have a deposit system for taking one of their reusable containers. They even have home made vegan naan! Make sure to taste one of the vegan lassis, we tasted passion fruit and lychee and they were both delicious."
