As others said. The Jägerschnitzel mit Champignon was wonderful. Breyer schnitzel than on the square. Worth a few block walk. Quaint place with nice indie and outdoor seating.

Die Bedienung beachtete uns nach einer Weile. Die Speisen waren befriedigend aber nicht schlecht. Preise eher hoch für die erhaltenen Gerichte. Das Restaurant hat auch vegetarisch einiges zu bieten. Allerdings wurde vergessen die im Nachhinein bestellte Nachspeise, Kaiserschmarrn, zu bringen. Dadurch die nur befriedigende Bewertung.

Excellent food, was travel in Frankfurt for a weekend break, this restaurant was very good I ordered the Jägerschnitzel mit Champignon and French onion soup, the Jägerschnitzel was sooo tasty with the creamy mushroom sauce so good along with the apple wine and a beer was lovely the onion soup was good but the weather was too hot for it

wir waren enttäuscht: das Steak war alles andere als medium-sehr roh--viel Fett und sehnig- 1/3 war nicht zu essen, wenig Bratkartoffeln meine Roulade war zäh-nur mit 1 Gurke, dafür mit Fleischbrei gefüllt- Klöße aus Pulver und nicht durch-Salat angerichtet -Dressing aus Flasche geschüttet und darauf noch Salat angerichtet auf tiefen kleinen Teller, sodaß man nicht selber mischen konnte viel schlechter als in den letzten Jahren-werden nicht mehr hingehen

The somewhat rustic exterior gave me the impression that food is relatively cheap – but it is not true. A hunter carving costs 13€ and then has only bread as a supplement, which (together with some olive oil) also serves as an appetizer. Bratkartoffeln cost another 4€ extra and could be crispy corner. The carving was thin, but great and tasty, and also the service was flotted and friendly. All in all, it feels a bit like a tourist trap, but it was good anyway.

This typical German restaurant is behind the back of the kaiserdom. There are beautiful night views of the cathedral tower illuminated from the street where this place is located. the specialty are fish: cod, tongue, varabel, and the estrogonoff singlemillo, all with one of the many varieties that offer you of beers of the country. the atmosphere is quiet, the price in the environment, and the service very friendly.
