After using royal chef for many years just had a terrible experience- food has arrived burnt , order completely wrong , didn’t want to know will never use again !!!

if it were said that eating is good, so decided to try. very pleased we have, eating is really delicious, good choice and prices are reasonable. personal very friendly and polite.

The food at this restaurant is quite good. The meat is decent and the sauces are tasty. However, there was confusion when placing orders over the phone, as they were taken by a child. I was told that only cash payments were accepted, card payments were not an option. Visualizza piatti

I've been using royal chef for many years, never had a problem with the quality of food, but today, Saturday, 8th jan, when I collected my order, I was calculated 10p for a bag. unbelievable, it's totally unnecessary and a torn out of the principle that I take my habit of others.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with this restaurant. I chose to order from here based on the reviews on trip advisor. The food took a long time to be delivered, was cold, and all the dishes were of poor quality. I did not enjoy any of it. I will not be ordering from here again.

We’ve been having Take Away’s from the Chef for many months now and the meal last night was a Royal delight. Delicious freshly cooked food to order at a fair price that tasted delicious. some takeaways will improve worse and others, but this takeaway was always the same. eating is freshly cooked while waiting and the staff, including sam are cheerful and helpful. but it is the eating that remains excellent, and they use high quality...bows and meat and garnel to ensure full satisfaction. great eating at a very fair price, many thanks.

Long established Hayling islander i have had the pleasure of using all the takeaways...... But one stands out from all the others..... Royal Chef ......Surpasses expectations for Quality, Taste and Service ! !....... From ordering with the friendly young front desk person Mr S......... to deliveries or...pickup it's allways on time and correct. What it's down to is the tastey Chinese food this kitchen cook up...fresh every time ! Keep it going guys .....Jim

The service was excellent, but unfortunately, our order didn't arrive until 2 hours and 15 minutes later. The food was cold and some parts were full of fat, indicating that the oil was not hot enough. It seemed like the restaurant was more focused on making money than providing good service and quality food. Ordering over the phone was difficult, with limited information about their menu. When we called to inquire about our order after waiting for two hours, we didn't even receive an apology. Overall, it's best to avoid this restaurant. Visualizza piatti
