"I went there twice as they are connected to my fav. restaurant in Friedrichshafen. The same menu almost.... 1. Visit: Food was good, but waitress seemed worried that people had set themselves. She forgot things like the ketchup for my children's fries, the beverage and food order was wrong. When she was asked to fix it, she also seemed disturbed. The kids had cold food when they brought the ketchup. Okay, I thought everyone could have a free day or maybe we just had bad luck with this one person. After a long corona lock, the restaurants opened and I wanted to get my kids out. 2. Visit: This time there were 5 of us. 4 of us ordered the same with a slight variation on all 4 orders. The waitress not happy, hardly said 2 words to us take the order. When I go to the bathroom right after her, I hear the kitchen staff who is in an open conversation about our order. One of the cooks had a complete fit because we asked to replace the pig on a meat plate with beef. Something we should eat at home. It is amazing for me that a region that lives as much as it is from tourism has not mastered the art of service. Especially after the pandemic closures, you would think that they learned an appreciation of their customers. Management falls short on the teaching staff that if people actually eat home, they would not have a job. Service and customer upgrade worked very well in Lukullum another of their restaurants, why not here?"

"Excellent Italian here tastes and smells it to Italy, sufficient large portions, beautifully dressed, cooked with love, additional wishes are no problem, very tasty pesto, attentive, friendly service price performance TOP! Great decor beautiful winter garden all very tastefully decorated we felt around well we come back! All hygiene regulations/measures have been met!"

"Wir waren jeden Abend im Hotel Restaurant zum Abendessen. Restaurantleiterin /Chefin hatte uns herzlich empfangen trotz fehlender Tischreservierung am 1. Abend. Die Speisekarte ist nicht groß jedoch sehr abgestimmt, sehr gut zusammengestellt. Die Küche kocht ohne Zusätze wie Glutamat. Hervorragend. Noch echte Handarbeit. Und das schmeckt man und sieht man auch bei der Anrichteweise. Das Küchenteam macht einfach einen hervorragenden Job! Einfach super! Die darauffolgenden Abende haben wir für Abends reserviert und einfach alles genossen. Geschmacklich Qualität hervorragend, sehr aufmerksamer, freundlicher und perfekter Service. Hier stimmt einfach alles! Perfekt! Wir kommen sehr gern wieder : Walkability: Direkt an der Promenade neben dem Schloss Monfort"

"Diese Komposition aus excellentem Essen und hervorragendem Service hätte er auch nicht besser machen können. Das gegrillte Gemüse, einfach Klasse; der Fisch (Zander) auf den Punkt gebraten, das geht nicht besser. Die Portionen groß, die dafür aufgerufenen Preise sehr moderat. Die Kellnerin schnell, nicht nur freundlich, auch gut gelaunt und super aufmerksam. Sehr positiv: Bei jedem Gang durch den Gastbereich machte sie einen "Kontrollblick" in die Runde. Man musste also nicht (wie in vielen Restaurants) versuchen, einen Blick von ihr zu erhaschen, wenn man einen Wunsch hatte, sie hat es dadurch selbst bemerkt.Dieses Restaurant kann man mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen."

"Het is een soort huiskamer binnen, beetje klein, krakende plankenvloer. Bediening is goed, werken keihard om iedereen te helpen. Heb een heerlijke Wagyu burger op, was echt voortreffelijk. Normaal neem ik nooit een burger, maar deze was goddelijk.Na 5 dagen toch maar weer een keer in het Kavalierhaus gegeten, en wederom die heerlijke burger genomen. Ook de toetjes waren voortreffelijk. Een aanrader!"
