Footsore from wandering around Toulouse looking for a lighter lunch than is on offer at most restaurants we stumbled upon Sandyan. The English-speaking server guided us through the ordering procedure with charm, despite the grumpy attention of a unhappy Uber delivery biker. We had a jamon sandwich (delicious) and a burrata salad (equally delicious). A great venue for a light lunch (and you get to watch the carousel if you manage to bag a window seat).

I enjoyed a fantastic Japanese-French hybrid restaurant. Today's lunch menu was full of vegetables and so healthy.
