What a beautiful mistake! the pasta was shaved and cold because they are in the air at the buffet and I don't know how long they are down, cold sauce, not seasoned. The whole dish was cold and even asking to warm it it was cold too. Really no flavor, the cream looks like milk. My friend didn't even have a crem. I feel like the fillings and sauces are all in the air. Really, it's a big disappointment!
