"My friend and I have been coming for a meal at least once a month for a while and we always enjoy it the food is consistently good and the service is too a huge bonus in these days of unsmiling servers. Yesterday we had a lovely meal and were tempted by a pancake dessert, but didn't want the salted caramel sauce it specified on the menu. The server offered several alternative sauces, with a smile and very helpful, pleasant attitude, willing to be flexible very unusual to find nowadays. We really enjoyed our pancakes with maple syrup, and will be asking for it next time! Thanks very much, Courtney, and well done Scawsby Mill for encouraging such excellent service, with very reasonable prices."

We were greeted by a very friendly waitress called Courtney, who immediately seated us. Food was absolutely fantastic, didn’t stick around for dessert but they are always amazing as well.

We came for a family meal today, our server Chantelle, was very welcoming and provided great service, especially with my little boy, The food and puddings were absolutely beautiful would definitely recommend a visit, thank you for making our visit a great one Chantelle

We had an anniversary dinner and didn't make a reservation since it was a Wednesday evening. There was plenty of seating available, and the service was excellent - the staff, especially our server Courtney, were very attentive. The food was delicious, hot, and flavorful.

The charming and cozy pub, unfortunately, was let down by the disappointing food and service. Both the mixed grill and steak were dry, tasteless, and overcooked. Despite the quiet atmosphere, the service was slow, taking approximately 40 minutes. The dessert was decent, but the price was exorbitant for what was received. We have no plans to visit this establishment again.

Fantastic meal from start to finish Nachos were proper nachos and not doritos The mains were amazing Wife had steak sandwich and I had mixed grill, best one I've had in a very long time Staff were very polite and professional special thanks to our server Courtney who took time to make our evening meal more pleasing, she is a credit to the Scawsby Mill pub and grill. Thankyou We will be returning soon for a Sunday dinner

Based on a recommendation from our family, we chose to have dinner at this restaurant. The service was outstanding and the food was delicious. Four of us ordered the ribs and one person ordered the fish and chips. We had no complaints whatsoever. Just a heads up, the portions of the Sundae dessert are quite large, so consider that if you've already eaten a lot. Special thanks to Louisa and Simon for taking care of us. We will definitely be returning!
