Lovely restaurant, delicious food, wonderful people! We took our American friends here and they really enjoyed the whole experience

We are very friendly received and attentively served. The greeting from the kitchen was delicious and appealing. From the menu we chose the rump steak on a delicious sauce on a mustard base with chanterelles. We will gladly repeat the visit

We were the first time in this restaurant and were very satisfied after some recommendations. The food was excellent, the service was very welcoming and the ambience cozy. At the volume we would have wanted a smaller level. We were very happy.

The food was very good, quality, temperature, cute arranged. Atmosphere was ancient, but very appealing. However, I would like to have some high-quality dishes and the collapsed tables were very different that the plate was thriving. You could still work on this. But yes, very delicious and highly recommended

It is a very nice and cozy restaurant. Very friendly and nice service. The food was a poem. I say upscale kitchen with the conscience. In the courts is in a refined variant, from sweet to hearty, the variety of Monschant mustard species processed. The portions were completely adequate, even my husband, a very good eater was full. There is extra praise because it is not self-evident

The women barkeep was very rude, servers were as friendly as north German wait staff gets. Food as excellent as always, however I was very much turned off and disappointed by the reception we received by the lady behind the bar. Sadly, it seems as Monschau has become more and more popular with tourists the people who work there have become more rude. This from someone who’s visited Monschau for over years now. Prior visits to the restaurant have however always been pleasant, perhaps this was an exception
