Die Weinlaube Schwarzer Hund hat Charakter. In einem angenehmen Ambiente gibt es sehr gutes Essen und auch feine Weine.

Es gibt hier eine monatliche Weinverkostung mit einem hervorragenden Menü, dazu werden immer wieder Winzer aus verschiedenen Regionen eingeladen.

Im Sommer unbedingt ein Platz draussen im Innenhof ergattern. Bier und Wein geniessen und man kann auch auf die Kueche vom Schwarzen Adler zurueck greifen.

it was a surprise to find this fabulous place in leoben. it in the center of the city (main square). the atmosphere was authentic and driving. look at the photo of the traditional atmosphere. the food was quite delicious and the service was fast and...kind definitiw could be a bucket list item. tipp: local weine

ein wunderschöner Gastgarten und auch innen urig/edel eingerichtet. Das Personal ist vom Fach. Wermutstropfen: viele der Weine sind selbst auch bei Berücksichtigung der hohen Qualität zu teuer. Der Standard ist jedoch normalpreisig und leistbar. Zum Essen wird das gleiche Angebot vom benachbarten Arkadenhof serviert, da sich die Lokale Personal und Küche "teilen" (gleicher Betreiber)

I came here with a few colleagues tonight, having been recommended to us. The service was friendly, attentive and fast, and the restaurant was clean, the decor was very traditional. Contrary to other reviews menus are available in English.I had the potato soup with mushrooms to start which was the best soup I've had in a long time, followed by turkey schnitzel which was absolutely delicious and massive- putting shame to what we call a schnitzel in England!This along with 2 beers came to €22 which I thought was excellent value.This is definitely a great choice in Leoben, and situated right in the main square.
