The staff were quite untimely in delivering the orders we were there for two hours in total (6:30pm 8:30pm), having to wait half an hour to have our orders taken once we were seated, also waiting for a similar length of time to receive an order of two strawberry margaritas whilst our mains were being cooked. In addition, we overheard three disgruntled customers voicing concerns to staff in regards to similar issues. Despite the issues stated, we had a good time, and would recommend Chiquito's to a friend, as long as they remain mindful of the aforementioned waiting times."

I think there were two other tables that were occupied when we left. great service but as a result! there was a lunch menu, but we chose the regular menu instead. eating was generally decent, like any other in the chain. the garlic king prawn fajitas were really good!

Was surprised reading the reviews about poor service here, we experienced nothing of the sort. Brilliant service from attentive staff, very nice food and reasonably priced. Nice environment to chill out with friends and/or family and the 2-4-1 cocktails are an added bonus.

My experience at this restaurant varies depending on the day and time. During slower days, the service is excellent. However, during busier times, the wait for food and service can be non-existent, with customers having to wait a long time to pay their bill after finishing their meal. They also offer a complimentary dessert or drink for birthdays.

The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. The food was decent, but my only disappointment was that the garlic bread with cheese seemed different. It was now a soft, thin, round bread with cheese on top, which was a bit salty and not as large as the old garlic bread at Chiquitos (the last time I visited in early 2018). The old garlic bread was a highlight for me and I would love for them to bring back the original style. Please bring back the old style garlic bread with cheese.

Wow, what an incredible dining experience! The staff were very friendly and attentive. The food arrived promptly and was incredibly delicious. Kudos to the chef for creating such an amazing meal. The flavors popped in our mouths and tasted fresh, not like it was microwaved or reheated. I am always impressed every time I visit this restaurant. I never leave reviews, but every time I leave, I can't wait to come back. This time, I give a perfect 5/5 rating for the amazing customer service, excellent service, and delicious food. Thank you to the staff, especially the chef, for a wonderful experience.
