"On Open Table we picked a waterfront view restaurant for 7:30pm. When we arrived, the restaurant name was not clearly marked and we found out it was a Hooka Lounge, not the restaurant it was made out to be in Open Table. They directed us to the inside restaurant where the owner or manager greeted us rudely and told us we should know what restaurant we were booking and that he had a full house coming in at 8:00 pm (1/2 the restaurant was empty or tables were getting up). We were very upset as it was late and we were now far from all other places to eat so we sat by the bar. He finally conceeded to sit us at a regular table. We ordered drinks and the waitress came back to tell us they couldn 't make those drinks. We ordered a 2nd set of drinks and the same thing happened. I then just ordered a glass of wine. Restaurant was so dark, we could barely read the menu. Food was good but they wanted to bring out apps and food all at once after we told them we wanted oysters first with drinks. I would not recommend nor go back"

Had a great time, would highly recommend this venue. I had a super Shisha sipping cocktails, and enjoyed a burger overlooking the Thames. I'll be back with friends.

Shisha is over expensive and is defo not value for money, waitress takes too long to attend and very poor shelter for rain. For the sort of prices we were paying expected much more. Will stick to local shisha spots

The young lady with red saved us from having a truly terrible experience. Had to go up and order the Shisha, when we needed the coal changed we waited 20 mins before getting a response from staff. The main waiter/host was too engrossed with another customer, maybe he was expecting a big tip.

Sisha is one of the best in London but not all flavours are good quality and it is also not always same standard, when it is good it is super good, when it is bad you can't smoke more than 20 minutes. Mayne it depends on preparation. They should more often ask how the sisha tastes and learn from feedback. Food is average. Service is good. Ambience is great.

The meat was very good but the service was very poor. Our waitress took ages to make our drinks however we were the only customer in the restaurant. She clearly said to us she partied to much the night before and she was tired. Anytime we were asking for napkins, a bottle of water or anything, she forgot. I did complain to one of her supervisors who didn t even apologized and said they were busy serving the outside shisha area (they had like 10 customers only). The meat was good, the **** mary too but the truffle mac and cheese was over cooked. I was very disapointed as it is a beautiful venue with a wonderful view over the thames but the service is TERRIBLE.

Dirty, poor service, and loud. I cannot recommend that restaurant. It is only busy because of its location (at the centre of a complex of new buildings and near the Thames). The restaurant is very dirty. There is litter everywhere on the floor and the staff is not too bothered about cleaning it. Staff rooms are wide open, cleaning buckets and products are lying about negligently. The service was very poor. The waiters could not understand English very well. One person, allergic to gluten, got served salad with bread. One person, allergic to lactose, got given a burger with cheese. Despite warning the staff repeatedly.
