"We picked this placed based the the trip advisor ratings. People were coming in by the droves. Had to be good! We ordered a couple of glasses of wine at the bar. It was a bit stronger than what we had been getting. We put our names on the list for the meal. We waited an hour. We knew what we wanted to eat. We reviewed the extensive menu while waiting. Once we were seated. I ordered the beans and sausage, which was ok. I have had better elsewhere in Spain. My husband got the seafood soup, which was very flavorful. We ordered the suckling pig, sautéed and flavorful-they were undercooked. All of the meats came with French fries. You might be able to order boiled potatoes. We had so much to eat that we let it go. The cheesecake was wonderful. I ordered fruit and we shared. The meal came with wine, but since we had a glass at the bar we paid separately for it. We ordered the cider with the meal, it was very good, but not included."

"Desde que aparcas, huele a fabada. el servicio es muy bueno, la Sra. Rossita es una de esas personas que dejan rastros a aquellos que aprecian el servicio de cercanía y corazón. "The truth is that now I was reading reviews, both positive and not so much, and I honestly can't explain it to myself. I speak from my experience, which by the way was phenomenal. Starting with the service, the waiters, especially one of them, was very close and attentive, something minimally necessary when we talk about customer service. The food was very tasty, I went twice on consecutive days and my expectations did not drop at any time. The first day I ordered an Asturian cheese salad (I jokingly called it a cheese platter with lettuce) and the second day the mythical cachopo!! Both endless portions, but at the same time joyful on the palate. I am waiting for next year to visit Cangas de Onís again, Mestas de Con and Casa María included. Greetings."
