i kalbs al forno era forse uno dei migliori piatti che abbiamo mai avuto. i ravioli con formaggio liquido era fantastico. torneremo!

Il cibo servito in questo ristorante è molto buono. Una delle migliori lasagne che abbia mai assaggiato e la carne eccellente. Abbiamo avuto una giornata di sole che ha arricchito la vista mozzafiato mentre mangiavamo fuori circondati dalle montagne. Sicuramente torneremo se dovessimo essere nuovamente a Cervinia.

questo è un bellissimo edificio e il servizio era affascinante e amichevole. ma mangiare era molto costoso per piccole porzioni. un inizio della suola era un piccolo filetto di pesci non molto freschi un corso principale di huh aveva 2 piccoli pezzi. circa un pollice di diametro per 35€. se fosse stato spettacolare, ne sarebbe valsa la pena, ma è stato meglio in media. il risotto era buono e una parte piccola ma più ragionevole. purtroppo “nouvelle cuisine” il peggio!

Questo è il ristorante al Principe delle Nevi e ci andiamo a mangiare ogni sera in vacanza. Non c'è davvero motivo di uscire! Il bar è vivace, i camini sono caldi e accoglienti e il servizio è davvero amichevole. Il cibo è sempre delizioso e c'è una grande selezione di vini... noi optiamo sempre per i rossi locali di ottimo valore e sono superbi. Se chiedete ai miei bambini, però, si entusiasmeranno sempre per i dolci! Anche il vassoio di formaggi è fantastico se avete voglia di concedervi un'indulgenza, come abbiamo fatto noi.

The place is suppose to be de A La Carte dining room of the hotel. Unfortunately a group of noisy drunk old hotel guests were seated in the same room due of lack of space: sharing my meal with loud buffet people was not a...good start at all. The Tartare was ok, a bit dry if you ask me. Excellent the home made tagliolini with white truffle, something difficult to mistake anyway. The braised veal was unfortunately ruined by a too strong brown wine stock: the result was much similar to a bbq spare ribs then a delicate veal. The road is still long...

Questo albergo non è economico, ma quasi tutte le camere non hanno una vista sulle montagne (ad esempio, il chalet rosa sul plateau non può vedere il Monte Rosa; il chalet Matthorn non può vedere il Cervino). Per quanto riguarda i pasti, manca la varietà nel cibo, infatti c'è solo un ristorante anche se è diviso in sezioni e ha nomi diversi come ristorante principale, fiocchi di neve, eccetera. Il servizio clienti è disponibile principalmente sotto standard; vengono applicate tariffe aggiuntive unilaterali senza il loro consenso/conoscenza; le persone lì sono estremamente scortesi e pigre; a volte possono dire che non c'è servizio affatto, ad esempio nessuno è venuto a prendere i clienti a C...

our party of 5 was happy enough with snowflake. I think our high expectations have disappointed us. overall we love the ambiente, the presentation, the service etc. and had a great time. Eating was above average (I guess we had expected to be out of...a reason not to be amazed by the restaurant's debt.) the portions were a little small, but not ridiculous I had to start the frustration and a hard fish escalope both were good. it is a little expensive (although I thought the wee were very cheap,) but for the overall experience, I think it is worth it. if they plan to get on this, make sure a reservation. the hotel can arrange a pick-up/desk in the village. also, they should arrive early for c...

We started with drinks in the attractive bar area outside the restaurant. The whole place has a pleasant vibe, more high end than most other restaurants in town. Service was good. The hotel's reception also provided transport back to town after our dinner which we...really appreciated. The dinner menu is quite limited, with about 2 to 4 options each for appetizers, first course, second course and desserts. There's another ala carte menu which is pricier.
