"I chose this restaurant as the menu wasn't too expensive and is located within easy reach of the Albert Hall. I would say our waiter James seemed to be having a bad day and really struggled to smile. Cheer up James, it might never happen! I was surprised by the 13.5% service charge which is the highest I've seen but perhaps that's a sign of the times. Would I go again? Well I couldn't argue with the quality of the tiramisu."

Our waiter was nice, but everyone else seemed very miserable and unenthusiastic. Food was quite bland.

Could not fault food or service. Restaurant was busy due to concert at RAH but we were not rushed or ignored.

This was the first time we had tried a Spaghetti House restaurant and we will be back! It Ticked all the boxes for both of use prior to going to the Bryan Adams concert at Royal Albert Hall!

Thanks for responding to our requests hungry children on arrival so an order for garlic bread quickly taken before ordering the rest of our food. Huge children's portions, and everyone very happy.

Amazing food and service, much better than some independent Italians. Only issue is the price is a bit high for a chain restaurant. Lovely food though, amazingly tasty! Service is fantastic too! Really good with kids too!

The food was not of great quality and the restaurant did not have a great environment. It was very stuffy and the food was being served in plastic boxes. My starter arrived when I had eaten my main dish. The staff was nice but the restaurant was under staffed.

After making our reservation I was rang to be advised that the restaurant was closing early so could we come earlier Service was hap hazard. Food was ok nothing special. It was clear that the staff were getting ready to close- noisy and boisterous- playing inappropriate music Based on our experience we would not go to this restaurant again nor recommend it

Lovely food at spaghetti House today. Was rather surprised to get the garlic mayo served in a plastic takeaway container. Would look better if presented in a small bowl. The drain problem that they have currently have let down our dining experience. That should be sorted out as soon as possible. You can smell it as soon as you walk through the restaurant door. Otherwise customers will eat elsewhere.
