"Cold Restuarant with no atmosphere, it did get better once it filled it but it was so cold in there. I had taken my daughter shopping and to lunch for her 21st birthday, I did put on the notes it was a special birthday , I was hoping they would bring a candle out or something to acknowledge her very special birthday but nothing, not one thing, iv never been to a Restuarant where if iv said it’s a birthday etc they havnt done anything. Wouldn’t go again to this branch. Food was ok, my prawns were overcooked but really ok. Shame as it’s a pretty little Restuarant off the main drag, could be better!"

I didn't know this restaurant but my daughter yes It was very good. and it was very quick. the restaurant is nice and personals are very cool

The Scaloppa di vitello: Slow-fried veal escalope coated in seasoned breadcrumbs with NAPOLI Spaghetti in tomato sauce was delicious. Drizzle with a little of the inhouse Chilli Oil and the meal was most memorable.

Awful food and awful service, definitely microwaved, all serving staff had airpods in near food, no fresh drinks offered- £52 for a mouthful of a slopppy wet but dry spaghetti, australia is closer to italy than this place

We use this branch every time in West End and have reviewed before. New manager Ann Marie is a diamond and always makes us most welcome. This is a chain restaurant and imo the best in the chain. See you next time we are up...

We ordered pasta a la norma and a salate de legumi and other things. The pasta is under cooked, and tastes like hospital food. The salad had dirt in it. We handed a sample to the chef, he offered to replace the plate that was dirty! Of course we refused. No apology offered on their behalf. I advise people to avoid this place.

We had walked forever looking for Greek food and stumbled upon Spaghetti House. We were exhausted so we sat down. It was early, and the service was spotty but that could have been because of the hour. Then the food came. WOW! ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS. I had the eggplant Parmesean. The Caprese was the best we ever had. My son had a pizza had to ask for basil but it was very good too. By the time we left, the place was hopping and the service had picked up. I think we just hit it too early. Cannot recommend the food highly enough.
