Avoid this restaurant at all costs. The food is okay, but the customer service is terrible. There was a big mistake with our order and we were still charged full price. The fact that the restaurant was empty says a lot.

We enjoyed a wonderful meal with my family on New Year's Eve. The staff were all very courteous and friendly. It appeared that some renovations were taking place, which affected the restaurant's appearance. However, my meal was outstanding.

Avoid this restaurant at all costs. The food is mediocre, the customer service is atrocious, and there was confusion with our order despite it being a large one. I have visited this restaurant multiple times and I generally enjoy it. The decor is subtle and pleasant, and I particularly like the way the napkins are folded. There are lovely additions from Indian culture throughout the restaurant. The food is flavorful and presented nicely, although it can sometimes be a bit salty. The waitstaff is friendly, but on busy days, service can be slow. Overall, I would recommend this place for a nice family dinner or a tasty curry!

POOR CUSTOMR SERVICE!!. Awful place ordered a mild aloo balti (amongst other things) as a takeaway, food arrived and the balti was full of cream and the potatoes were green! Called to complain and was told it was my own fault for asking for the balti to be mild because the only way to make it mild is to use cream (am I being dense or would less spice make it mild? . Have had mild baltis in many restaurants and NEVER been given a bowl of cream!so I asked for some other food to be sent out and was told the driver was gone! No apology for horrible green potatoes and I'm left with no dinner despite paying out disgraceful place.

When I called to complain, I was told that it was my own fault for requesting the balti to be mild because the only way to make it mild is with cream. I have had mild baltis at many other restaurants and never received a dish with cream before. I asked for a replacement dish but was informed that the delivery driver had already left.
