"I had made a reservation for New Year's Eve at this restaurant, but due to a last-minute emergency, I had to cancel the booking. I informed them one day in advance. However, the lady named Heena, who had booked the table for me, was quite rude. Instead of thanking me for letting them know, she told me not to make a reservation if I was not sure I could make it. She seemed to imply that even in case of an emergency, I should still go and eat out at their restaurant. This was my first time trying this restaurant, but the experience over the phone was far from pleasant."
