Squire's Cafe - Menu

This is the second time I have been at Squires Garden Centre in Woking and been left atanding waiting to be seated, the secound time I have had to leave without anything. I would be a nice idea to be able to get a coffee...

I thought I would try somewhere new, so ventured over 2 this Squire's outlet. Nice venue, good quality food friendly staff. I even filled in one of the customer comment forms, as I thought the service was very good. Well worth a visit.

I and Amber (my poodle) love coming here to have breakfast. It is very good value. Amber always gets excited when she knows she is going there. We sit outside. The staff are always very friendly and Amber loves it when they talk to her....

My elderly neighbour and I came in today for a shop/tea/scone. Cassie was the lady who served us and was very welcoming and friendly. She even was giving us recommendations for where to buy something we couldn’t find in store. She is a credit to your team

Surly, slow service, got the order wrong, and it wasn’t even busy. Inexcusable lack of customer service, come on Squires you can do better! My husband and his mum (nearly 81) waited ages on Saturday afternoon to be seated while being ignored by nearby staff....

Let’s start on a high Toast was good Greeted by server to be told that there were no beans or hash browns available for breakfast Ordered xtra egg to moisten breakfast but that was a mistake How it is possible to drain all the moisture from sausages, bacon, black pudding and poached eggs is quite an accomplishment Such a shame as it was meant to be a good start for my wife’s 60th birthday If you go ensure you have plenary of water

When I order a coffee and toast I expect it to arrive at about the same time. So why does this not happen at Squires? After half an hour, on several occasions, I have had to ask if my coffee has been forgotten because by then I have eaten the toast! There does not seem to be enough coffee machines and with only one member of staff preparing the orders it's no wonder there's a delay. The waitresses who take the orders and clear tables work their socks off. The delay lets this place down.

We have just had brunch here and are all so very cold despite sitting an eating in coats. We asked to be moved to a possibly warmer location and were treated very rudely (despite booking over 3 weeks ago) and were told that they could not ,or rather, would not do so. Hot drinks and brunch were ordered within 30minutes of us sitting down and arrived 30-40minutes later. We then sat for another 90minutes and had no opportunity to order another tea/coffee and to add insult to injury, the empty plates sat there this entire time!! This is our last visit here as it has been getting progressively worse and this was the last straw.
