"Never again. Dated plain simple menu. After listening to a waitress prattle 10 minutes talking about her dog to one of the 4 other customers, finally she arrived to take or order. Shortly after talking our order 4 other staff appeared from various other area's. So there were nearly more staff than customers than visible staff. Menu referred to trakebakes and a sweet table. None of which were visible to anyone. Or listed on the menu Ist and last time for me."

Excellent lunch very tasty simple “home cooked” food. Served without all the usual embellishments. Veg excellent. Value for money. Reiterate that it is very plain but state that as a recommendation.

We came across the café by chance as part of our tour. We can only warmly recommend the on-site kitchen as well as the apple pie and the coconut cookies for take-away. The menu is small but nice. Everyone is sure to find something here.

Went here for lunch on Friday when we arrived it was busy but seated very quickly. Wanted something heathly ordered backed potato came exactly how I asked (was lovely big portion) . Service fast staff friendly helpful. Would highly recommend will be back soon. Wendy
