"So I attended TGI sale, a birthday meal for my partner, I wanted the ribs sadly they were unavailable, so i settled for sesame chicken strips, when they arrived i expected freshly made chicken strips, they seemed to be a frozen piece of crunchy tastless oil swamped chicken substitute, i dont like to cause a scene so crunched my way through, but was massively disappointed, he ordered the steak, when it arrived the first thing he said was how small the portion of chips were, like it wouldn't of satisfied our toddler, then comes the steak, we requested medium rare, it arrived well done, so called the waiter over who took it back to the kitchen, by the time they arrived back with a replacement my food was finished, the food was placed on the table and without even touching it he said he knew it was over cooked again, the food runner stood watching in anticipation for his approval, he cut into the steak again wasn't medium rare, although it was medium well not well done Still wasn't as requested medium rare, again majorly disappointed he handed it back and said just leave it, given the fact TGI did have a good name and with the prices, you'd expect a lot better, definitely won't be attending this venue again,"

We had came here for a quick dinner, it was lovely and food was delicious. Rach was wonderful and she had above and beyond patience.

I visited TGI Fridays with my 4 year old. He loves the atmosphere in there and I take him for special occasions. Today I was served by Zofia, she was kind and professional, the food and service was also five star. We will definitely be returning.

Connor was great really nice guy and great fun. The service was great overall and we loved the food. Thank you!! We’ll definitely be back He even brought us some change from the money we gave him for a tip too, completely unprompted. Just an all round great evening
