Eating was incredibly tasteless, without salt. Ho fun was very dry, and unseasonal, reis was blande. fried squid was in order, but it was soggy instead of crispy. definitiw will not waste money here again.

this place is amazing. the interieur is quite basic, but eating is inexpensive, the portions are massive and it tastes fantastic. it is not trying to be imaginative and the simpleness of it adds to its charm. take them place, order them at the counter and five minutes later they arrive at food, what can they ask for more?

on Saturday afternoon we began to suffer with a certain cabin fever that had spent the greatest part of the day after an early morning run and a few local breaks. we knew we were supposed to get out of the house, but were completely indecisive about whether we were going to dinner or a quick drink. we've been laying a bit. we called a few different restaurants to book (they were both fully booked) we landed with a bus to catford.

during my student life in london, this Chinese eating community was one of my most popular. tai won my in catford is a fantastic place. nothing imaginative about it, the decor is quite easy with long wooden benches and canteens like sitting. but eating is simply delicious and very pocket-friendly. The service at this restaurant was unfortunately below par and did not follow current guidelines. I ordered a small dish and a drink while waiting to meet a friend, but was surprised to find myself having to line up at a counter to place my order, especially during these times. I also had to ask for hand sanitizer to be refilled. When my food finally arrived, there were no utensils or napkins provided. I had to return to the counter to request these essentials. The staff seemed taken aback that I needed cutlery to eat with. I noticed that two other tables also received their food without cutlery. The service is very poor. They only take cash and also don 't give you a receipt. When I gave my order, the person disappeared and never saw them again. Not even a ok that 's done . Just disappeared. When you enter the restaurant they show you a table and disappear, no menu nothing. Later we find out we have to go to the cashier to order. They don 't hand out menus too, you have to take a copy from a pile of dirty used laminated menus in the corner which is against guidelines as it 's very unhygienic. The food tasted very poor.
