The lacquered duck is at the rendezvous but not the Chinese cabbage with black mushrooms or the vermicelles of Singapore.... no noodles tonight, no spring rolls. Update according to the restructuring work: unlike most negative reviews we had the very good surprise to see a great improvement in the quality of the products of roasting and white rice (sayed duck 5 perfumes, siu tank and crunchy pork). So great experience! Rôtisserie very good although prices have increased considerably in recent years. Vegetables on the catering side however are soft and insipid, to avoid. However, we always return for the lacquered duck, pipa, siu tank and lacquered pork!
