"from 2009 to 2016 I was very common in stadthagen and I definitely went to this restaurant at least 100 times. the fishing business and restaurant today employs about twenty employees and “turns around”: the reception is very friendly and professional, the restaurant is pleasant and the quality of the food is excellent. the fresh is undisputed, which is due to the daily arrivals from German ports and the very professional side of herrn bare. it does not smell like fish, though cooked in the room. many dishes are prepared a la plancha, which closes the pores of the fish, so that he cooks in his own juice. I searched here in the portal for "stadthagen - ratskeller" and found nothing, even under "stadthagen - restaurant" missing said ratskeller. by applause appeared then "gaststätte ratskeller" and this title is very significant, significantly better than restaurant.
