Food was good but I was refused a takeaway option for leftover food as portions are too big for myself. I didn't like that the 2 for 1 cocktails are ridiculous prices. The cocktails used to be £8/£9 each but the 2 for 1 cocktails are £16 so not really a deal! The restaurant was dirty and had to ask for the table to be cleaned. Not a great experience. The food was enjoyable as always, but we had to wait over 45 minutes for our starters to arrive. When the main courses finally came, one was missing. We did have that meal removed from the bill since it needed to be remade, but the service could have been handled much better. It felt like none of the staff knew what they were doing, and they were confused about even the simplest matters. I can understand if it's a busy night, but this was a Monday with only four tables occupied.

The seats and tables were filthy, and we had to ask multiple times to be moved, but our requests were ignored. The restrooms looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The food was outrageously overpriced, especially considering the portions were so small. There were very few vegetarian options available, and even those didn't justify the cost. For those with dietary restrictions, the selection was minimal since all the food is prepared in factories that handle allergens like nuts, eggs, and gluten. Overall, it felt like there were hardly any safe options for those with specific dietary needs, as everything is labeled "may contain" allergens.

sat on tgif after we hunted a tonne of places where we could get a table for silvester. we have a reservation for approx. 10:30 and when we knew it was a late night, we were in order. we reached about 10 minutes early and we have a table. When we came in, we saw that each of the workers was dressed in funky cartoons costumes. diverse enough, captain jack sparrow was our host I must say has taken care of us, although it was silvester. we had someone with us who had been in this box so he knew what to order, and I must say, almost everything on the menu was perfect! we started with afteros with cheese and smoked chicken, which was amazing and a hen fried in jack daniels sauce. my friends order...
