"Its a while since I have been to this pub. I was delighted to see a clean, light and airy pub with a warm welcome and ambience. The Tapas menu was interesting and with the lovely friendly waitress's help we settled on 4 tapas dishes and a bowl of chips between the two of us. The dishes were tasty and looked appetising. There was more than enough food. We will definitely be back to sample more of this lovely menu."

My first time at The Abergavenny Arms and was very impressed. As I hope to be moving to Frant in the near future I'm looking forward to many more happy meals there with my friends.

The pub was welcoming, filled with warmth from a log fire, with a busy ambience . The roast was beautifully cooked and well presented. The puddings were delicious. The coffee was piping hot. The pub was doing all it could to make the visit a good experience for the customer …and it succeeded.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was delightful. However, the service was slow, albeit friendly, and the food consisted of reheated meat (we ordered roast) and overcooked vegetables. The potatoes were delicious though. The creme brulee was also disappointing. It's a shame because the ambiance was lovely.
