"We had a fantastic Sunday dinner at The Angel in Maesycwmmer. The food was delicious, with all elements of the meal cooked perfectly. There was plenty of variety on the plate and the portions were very generous. Our group of seven all cleaned our plates and although we were full, we couldn't resist getting dessert to go. Highly recommend The Angel for a great dining experience."

We stopped by for Sunday lunch with my wife and 92-year-old mother-in-law. The staff was extremely friendly, polite, and couldn't have been nicer. The food was fantastic and definitely worth the visit. We will definitely be back again soon. Visualizza piatti

Amazing food, well presented, staff were friendly and very helpful, best Sunday lunch I've ever had, the food was fresh and very tasty, great atmosphere, most of the customer seemed to know each other, I will definitely be returning, the Christmas Day menu is very traditional.

Never been before but no worries great service happy atmosphere staff very helpful , food excellent .We had Sunday Roast choice of 3 meats ànd roast potatoes boiled or cheesy mash. Completed with fresh vegetables and gravy . If you get through that there is a desert menu to finish .

"What an incredible experience we had celebrating my son's 18th birthday! I tasted the best Italian food I've ever had; I would even go so far as to say it's the best I've ever enjoyed. The staff was absolutely brilliant. When the drumroll began and the team came around singing "Happy Birthday," we were all completely amazed, and my son will never forget it. I can't recommend Volare highly enough. Thank you for such a magical experience!"

"A little treat for a birthday. Greeted with professional and friendly waiter. Brought a carafe of water without needing to ask. Choice of 3 starters and desserts and 4 mains. The rump of lamb served med/rare to perfection. The faggot was the nicest I have ever had and my mother in law had cod loin which fell apart. My husband was brought the wrong starter but they told him he was welcome to eat it AND have the one he ordered. He had the duck for his main and it was lovely though I prefer it pink. The wine was just over £3 A glass and the 3 course meal £14.50 each. By far the best food around and you cannot fine dine for that price anywhere..my 4th visit!"

"A massive massive thank you to all the staff at the green lady for being so patient kind and helpful whilst we had my nephews christening in the function room Nothing was ever a bother to the staff they were on hand to help whenever we needed specially when there was so many of us ordering food and drinks it came fast and was HOT which is always a good sign. Huge thank you to Leia always asking if we were ok and how our food was and if we had everything we needed. And great big thank you to Simone for letting me set up Sunday morning making sure the room was clean and free for me to get set up for the christening. I would recommend the staff the management team and the function room at the green lady to everyone. Thank you for your service and being so friendly to me and all my family"

"I visited the Kings Arms on a Saturday night at 5:15 with a group of six. While most pubs were packed and the rugby match was playing in the background, we were fortunate that the Kings Arms had a table available for us. The drinks were reasonably priced, and the food was fantastic! We tried the Korean spicy grilled nachos and the southern fried chicken strips, and both dishes were delicious. I would definitely return, even during busy times; they made sure we had a great table for our group."

"Table of 5 on a Saturday evening. The resteraunt was surprisingly busy. Food took a long time to come to the table almost 50 mins however was delicious and of a good size and standard. Only criticism would be the small amount of meat in the currys. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4"
