"We haven’t been to a Frankie Bennys for years but called in on a random wet Sunday for lunch. No booking but we’re seated straight away, drinks order taken immediately brought over before we’d even gotten our coats off. We shared the starter for 2 which was really good, probably the highlight of the visit. The mains were quick to follow were really tasty filling. Would have loved a dessert but were too full, will do next time though. The drinks were refreshed during our visit, the staff were polite prompt. Looking forward to coming again! Dietary restrictions: They have an extensive gluten free menu on the back of the normal menu. It’s so nice to not have to ask for one specifically the options choices are plentiful. Would definitely bring our celiac family members here as it would give them the chance to feel included as so many other restaurant chains make them feel uncomfortable for their dietary requirements. The food was quite expensive, as I ended up paying almost 14 pounds for a bowl of pasta. However, the pasta was absolutely delicious. I would rate the food a 4 out of 5, the service a 5 out of 5, and the atmosphere a 5 out of 5.

I went to a nice meal tonight with my family and eating was amazing. it came quite fast and the server recommendations not disappointed. I think her name was nicole and she was very friendly and made many sweats that let us laugh! very enjoyed

Went there recently for a little ones birthday and the service was incredible. The food was fantastic (the toddler actually enjoyed something that wasn't cucumber or pringles! Thank you for that! And the staff were fantastic. Emily, our waitress, was brilliant and the little one totally fell in love with her. Emily definitely deserves some kind of bonus for the brilliant job she's doing! Thank you!

excellent experience, this was our first family outing in the seven weeks since our Grandson Matty passed away, Tim our waiter made the night, he was just lovely, Matty's sister has not really smiled or laughed but Tim had her belly laughing and smiling, she is still smiling now, it was a great evening food was first class, atmosphere superb, very clean, cannot thank the staff enough, although they didn't know our situation till we told them, they treated us like we were the only family there, but wee noticed they did it to every table, thank you so much well worth a visit we will defo be going back.
