"The restaurant advertised itself as being good for an intimate dining experience but during our second course a person table was set up for a noisy hen party. We left after the second course as the arrival of this party ruined our special occasion and no doubt that of other couples dining in the small dining room. This was a pity because the food and wine were good but the restaurant should not pretend to be one thing and then actually be something completely different."

Enjoyable meal at The Atelier. Menu is short but still enough variety to find something. Only real blemish was the chocolate cake desert which tasted lovely but was served on a rutted piece of glass that was impossible to eat from and just made a mess get it changed! Visualizza piatti

The food was excellent and beautifully presented. Unfortunately the waitress was inexperienced didn't know about the food, however she was very friendly. The bad thing about this restaurant is that it is cold. This is the third time I have visited here each time, despite the radiator being hot a small fan heater on, we have been cold.

Perfect place to meet up with old friends that we had not seen for a while. Excellent friendly, relaxed environment. Staff pleasant and professional and knowledgeable about the food. The food was very tasty, well cooked and presented. A very enjoyable evening and we will definitely be back. It could easily become our go-to place when we visit Edinburgh.
