The restaurant was pleasant with generous portions and a nice ambiance. The nut roast Wellington with mushrooms and blue cheese was unique, but lacked a strong nutty flavor.

This pub is fantastic with friendly staff and an amazing Sunday lunch that is such great value. I highly recommend it and we keep coming back because we know the Sunday lunch will always be amazing.

After a trip to the zoo, we visited this restaurant and I have to say that the roast dinner we had was the best I've ever eaten. The roast potatoes were wonderfully crispy and the beef was cooked to perfection. Visualizza piatti

Went for a family meet up. The staff were great, the food was lovely. Really wholesome and filling. It was nice and clean. If you passed by the pub you might not think it would hide such a great experience. Ignore the exterior totally.

We pop to Black Horse didn’t know the pub to get a Sunday roast ,we all ordered different roasts meals , mine was pork with all trimmings we asked for crispy baked potatoes !!apple sauce the meal was brilliant lovely vegetables etc hot food an plate, couldn’t fault meal or service ! Others had beef and chicken all lovely meal definitely go agin plus a lovely lady served us couldn’t do enough for us !

Visite the pub during our stay in Tring. Plenty of outside seating, but pleasant enough inside with plenty of TV screens. Felt very safe there Lovely staff and good food and beer made it a worthwhile stop, We both had the burgher, and when you ask them to remove the salad they remove the salad. The beer was good and well handled The burgher was delicious, although there 1s quite a good range of meals on the menu Visualizza piatti
