"Arrived with my husband and two children and even though the restaurant was full inside, they were happy to seat us outside. We both ordered the surf and turf, one with lobster and the other with prawns. Both dishes were delicious, the seafood was tender and flavorful. The steak portion was huge and worth the price. The owners were serving us outside and were a lovely couple, with a special thank you to Nettie for her hospitality. This was our first time discovering this restaurant in Newquay, and we will definitely be returning on our next visit."

A fabulous view of the harbour, attentive staff well versed in both the food and cocktails on the menu. The service is not rushed and the quality of the food is fantastic. A very busy restaurant so make sure you book a table in advance and you will not be disappointed.

been in newquay for a few days and was not so impressed by the restaurants id found so far, then I was told about the boathouse. it was exactly what I was after, to travel with fresh locally caught fish! it was not disappointed that eating was fantastic and the staff very friendly, would definitely recommend!

the view is fantastic, the staff very friendly. we had only coffee and I can say that in the two years since we were in Britain, the coffee definitiw has improved. I would simply recommend this place. they have living lobsters and crabs in ponds as they come 8n, so if they like this type of dinge, they can be sure to be a fresh meal.

Wow, what can I say about The Boathouse? The food, service, and views are all fantastic. We tried the monkfish and scallops with lemon and wide beans, and it was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this special dish. We were so impressed that we plan to return on Thursday before the end of our celebration. We can't wait to go back!
