Birthday lunch Really lovely staff, excellent choice of food. Food itself was superb. Service was excellent as we were attended to several times during our visit. Would highly recommend a visit. I had an incredible experience at the Coal House Grill when I went to celebrate my dad's birthday. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly; they truly went above and beyond. The food was exceptional—everything was homemade and full of flavor. My steak was cooked to perfection. Thank you, Coal House Grill! We will definitely be back. This place does not meet up to the level of previous reviews. Unfriendly staff minus one member), rude customer service “he looks like he’s having a strop” about my little boy), and an awful atmosphere continuously looking over at the table, making us feel very uncomfortable).
