"Both courses were excellent. The beef Wellington was cooked to perfection, and my chocolate brownie for dessert was absolutely delicious. They substituted the whipped cream with ice cream (possibly Wallings or English Lakes) at my request, and it was a great choice. The service was friendly, and the waitress was well-informed about the menu options. While the service could have been a bit quicker, I understand that there are strict staffing shortages in the hospitality industry at the moment. I live in London and frequently visit family in Lancashire. The dessert prices are similar to what I would expect in central London, but the quality definitely justifies the cost. Additionally, there is no mandatory service charge, which helps to lower the overall bill."

First time here and will return! Met with friends for a late dinner and it was very good. Quite busy for a Friday evening which is always a good sign. We tried a range of meat and vegetarian items and all were very nice.

I just called to the restaurant with my sister and our dog around noon, and we were all warmly welcomed. Charlie, our dog, was thrilled and had a great time. The fish and chips were delicious, and the service was excellent. We will definitely be back and highly recommend it. Thank you!

Currently glamping down the road from this pub and it was recommended. What a shout phenomenal pub! Exceptional service, brilliant food (kids menu and veggie options successful), great drinks, boss atmosphere. Makes me want to move to Weeton! If you 're anywhere nearby you must eat, drink and be merry here!

I have dined here several times since the renovation, and each experience has been enjoyable. The food is beautifully presented and delicious. The restaurant is well-staffed, and the service is very attentive. While it’s not the cheapest option, the quality of the food and the overall experience make it worth it. I will definitely be returning.
