What it happens to the Wetherspoon pubs after rise the lockdown is a mistery for me. You can't get anymore the good and cheap food there. Particularly today in this pub very poor customer services and not great food at all.

Whilst one meal was good the other wasn't good at all.but once mentioned to staff,they couldn't do any more to put it right.i decided a full refund was far too generous and the offer of a free round of drinks was more than enough.well done weatherspoons for really listening to your customers.

My wife and I visited this bar today the service was a bit longer that we have come to expect from wetherspoons. When the food arrived it was almost cold it was was barely lukewarm. The was nothing wrong with the way it was cooked it was quite well done it’s just a shame it was nearly cold. We went for brunch and the food and drinks were delightful, HOWEVER, a dining experience involves more than just that! The staff were not very attentive. They left customers waiting for drinks at the bar while they made themselves coffee from the machine. Our plates sat empty in front of us for so long that I had to move them to a nearby empty table. It was not a pleasant atmosphere to be in.

Just your typical Wetherspoons, excellent value for money, a good selection of drinks and fast service. I have been disappointed with this place in the past but my experience in January made up for it. This restaurant is actually a fair bit quieter than other Wetherspoons that I've been to in Manchester and it's a good size too! This time I ordered large scampi and chips and it tasted good for the price charged. Can't complain.

So, when last orders are called aren't you supposed to get your beerand leave by 12.30am. I believe you still have half hour drinking up time. Well not here, they won't serve 2 guys 2 pints and 2 large JD's, (which would have been downed in 15 mins, and the only reason I can think of, the bar staff want their own party. The Wetherspoon's experience is predicated on value being so good that you can't possibly complain about anything else. Usually this is indeed the case but I was sadly let down on this occasion. The menu was significantly depleted with no beef burgers available at all, which is slightly grating as a beef burger is pretty well a stable of pub food. I had a jacket potato which was nice enough although given I also ordered it with *extra* tuna, my thoughts are with the poor soul who has to make do with a standard portion of tuna.

The service at the bar was very poor tonight. If you do not order on the app, you end up waiting for a long time as the staff seems to prioritize those who order on the app over those who prefer to order at the bar. When we mentioned that we had been waiting for a long time at the bar and that it would have been quicker to order on the app, the manager told us that we had made a staff member cry and refused to serve us. We were not at all rude or disrespectful. The staff appeared to be very busy, but unfortunately, we were not listened to and received an extreme reaction when we requested service.

I went here twice during a trip to Manchester but it was more for convenience rather than for an amazing meal. The pizza I ordered was just like a cheap frozen pizza from Asda and some of the ales were sold out. Instead I picked a different ale which tasted a lot like vinegar, I wasn't sure whether it was supposed to taste like that but it wasn't pleasant. The following morning I had the traditional breakfast which was okay, except one of the sausages had a hard piece of gristle that got stuck in my tooth for the rest of the day and that was uncomfortable.
