Good facilities….showers are amazing, . We had a family of 15 with many kids and we all loved it. Amazing food from the takeaway. Safe to just let young kids run around. Would give more than 5 stars if I could

We were well aware of some negative reviews, but the food came out very fast (almost too fast) and the staff were very attentive, but not overly so. The menu was very good and food tasty and good portion. Venue was nice too. I would highly recommend it !

The food was exceptional- the best burger I’ve ever tasted. We went back again the following week as it was amazing. The service was fast and friendly. I couldn’t believe how reasonably priced it was. Best food in Frome by far! Great job team. Can’t wait to return. 5 stars….

We had our first takeaway from the fox... it was totally yummy, my husband had the black and blue burger which he loved and I had the new pulled pork, on top of melted cheese and potato crispers, omg was soo lush! I couldn’t move of the sofa afterward was so full and such a reasonable price too! Will be seeing you very soon I’m sure! thanks guys

What a lovely find. A perfect, small campsite with everything we needed. With only two rows of pitches, the site was not crowded. The take away was the best burger I’ve had in years and the chocolate pizza- well! The owners were friendly, available and clearly were proud of the facilities they were building up. There are lovely alternative accommodation there too if camping is not your thing.

Great little place! We stumbled across The Fox and it's characterful owner during our stay in Frome. Four generations in one family is hard to please but they managed with ease. Local beers, cider and wines on offer together with a very high standard of food. The 83 year old Great Grandad, choosing a burger, said it was the best he had ever eaten in his life! Campsite undergoing development...looking good. Go now before the secret gets out!

We stayed at The Old Kitchen at the Fox/Den and Orchard complex. Modern, tastefully furnished and comfortable.Everything included for a self catering holiday. Grounds are quiet and The Old Kitchen has its own private garden. Adam and Michelle are very accommodating and very welcoming. The complex includes POD accommodation and camping/glamping so many different accommodation choices. Will be returning. If we could find fault with anything.....actually we can't.

We have just had a fabulous Sunday roast here with friends. The carvery was amazing and the food delicious however our experience was disappointing as they were a bit underhand with the bill. I ordered and paid for drinks before the meal and it was still on the final bill when we went to pay. Also the menus on the table stated the carvery was £13 each but the bill was £13.50! When we questioned this we were told the price had gone up! The menus were just paper flyers so very easy to change to have saved any confusion. The young staff were helpful but the issues with the bill let them down. If it wasn’t for this I would have rated this 4 star plus.

Visited here after being recommended by a local hotel nearby. At first the lady that greeted us said there was no table for over 45mins even though there was multiple empty tables around the pub. Luckily a manager came past and seated us at one of the empty tables. After that we were the last people to come in and be seated so I dont know why the waitress didn't want to seat us straight away. We then ordered our food and the food was incredible... you could not fault the food however after eating our mains and leaving our empty plates on the table, it took over an hour for someone to come to the table to clear the plates and ask if we wanted another drink. We then waited another 30 mins befo...
