eating was nice steak perfectly cooked.Nice polite staff. my care was just a lot of sitting around the pub, but put all of them up what I would call a balcony quiet a small area, the rest of the bottom empty..very clean management cleaning all the time..more attention. needed for social removal.

If place is closing kitchen at they must write it on their website. It was serious disappointment when we commuted specially for dinner there and found out at that can't be served due to kitchen closure. Also not enough space inside (if outside...is cold, it's just your bad luck). Location is really nice, can't comment on food (had no chance to try it), but misleading customers is not the best decision. Update website accordingly!

the manager was very rude and patronat at the arrival. I didn't want to hurt my hands and she was very rude that I shouldn't touch them. only they. spoke as we were children, I appreciate the fenced rules, but never experienced the rudeness. did not see them...Anti bad their hands between customers and serve eating and drinking. she had the young guy before me and my friend, very humiliating for the young guy would not recommend, would definitely not go back. very bad customer service of the lady manager. went to general roy as visited legoland and stayed near to buy. friendly service, but unfortunately it was terrible to eat. I ordered the sizzler fajitas that came on a cold plate and not on a splashing iron plate that I have in other sizzling pubs. children. foods were overcooked and others half left their eating, as chickenburger could be used as bouncyball as it was this gum. also with the hygiene really important, I became on the sticky table dissapointed and uncleaned toilets in the regular a shutdown place only positiw was the personality of the server.

this was my first visit to the general roy, although in the past I passed many paintings. I was with two friends and because of the extreme heat we sat outside. we were warmly welcomed by jodies who took us through the rules and regulations, all of which were completely understandable and acceptable. our meals arrived in time, were cooked and well presented. good service from the team, helpful and polite, which means that we make the general roy our meeting point from now on. please support the local business and definitiw the general roy and the team! many thanks to jodie and her colleagues today in service.

There was of us in our party for my husbands birthday celebration. We were seated as best possible although there were tables of who seemed a bit separated. Orders were given and paid for within each family unit. Some items were...not available which was disappointing. We were told it was only a small kitchen and they did their best to bring out the meals together. Some people had finished their meal when the last table was served. The food was good value and tasty with only the steak not cooked enough. We would go there again to eat but not such a large party. The staff were friendly and did very well. We spent a couple of days staying in Feltham travelodge with family, of which are babies. I looked on Google for somewhere to eat just before we left to go home. When we got there we spoke to a member of staff who said...he would sort out a table for us in a corner there was of us and of my kids was not feeling very well). He took our food order at the bar and was very patient as we could not decide on which dishes order. This could have been my first star review but the speed of service was the worst. The staff are friendly, the food is amazing, the value for money is great and the portion sizes are excellent. We went here for Father's day and I...really do hate to say it but I don't think we will be going back. They did warn us it was about an hours wait for food and we thought it fathers day its busy we don't mind waiting. An hour an minutes later we are served are food. Having read (mostly) good things about this place and wanting to try somewhere new, we were really looking forward to eating here. When we walked in, I immediately felt it was a lot louder than expected and could do with a clean. There were a...couple of groups of people in the pub being seriously loud as well far louder than the music or general atmosphere!! For a Thursday evening, that was pretty unexpected.
