"Very well looked after for my mother in laws surprise 60th meal! The conservatory was beautiful with all of the ceiling lights and we were able to come in early and add our own decorations ready for the celebrations. Considering there were 40 odd people attending, the waiters and waitresses did a fantastic job of co-ordinating food orders etc. And they all did it with a smile and no flapping! Food was lovely, huge portions. Massive desserts! We were very impressed and enjoyed a lovely evening."

Great pub, nice atmosphere,and the food is good with decent size portions and good value. The staff work hard to keep you happy, would definitely recommend!

Good value for money. HUGE portion sizes. Staff were friendly. When we arrived on a busy Sunday afternoon, they wanted that there may be a bit of a wait for food but we barely waited 20 minutes. Brilliant service.

Fantastic meal! We had mixed grill and BBQ bacon wrapped chicken! Awesome portion sizes and top tasting food. 10/10 on everything! Staff extremely friendly too. Also if your going have pudding .... Have the Romeo and Juliet

loves the green man, always friendly staff. the portions are huge- the halloumi super. I went for the fajita veggie wrap and was nice- not so sure about the carrot and the sauces she used to dive? but unlike the excited to come back and try another article from their huge menu!

The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere, and the main dishes are quite generous in size. We particularly enjoyed the ribs and chicken wings. We were fortunate to snag a last-minute booking because of a cancellation, so it's definitely worth trying if you're looking to save time!

The staff was friendly, and the pub was impeccably clean, decorated beautifully for Christmas! The meal was essential; the steak came with a delightful mushroom sauce, vegetables, and a generous serving of onion rings. Two pints of real ale brought the total to just £25, which is a fantastic value.

It was my first visit since the start of COVID, and it was just as fantastic as I remembered! The restaurant was open and spacious, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The food was delicious and plentiful. The staff was exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. I tried the Philly steak and cheese sandwich with chips and salad, and it was delightful! We are already looking forward to our next visit.
