The Happy Garden - Piatti

I use this takeaway nearly every week and have never been disappointed. Would recommend this takeaway for a lovely meal.

I ordered chicken curry and sweet and sour chicken balls online. The order arrived in just 30 minutes, with plenty of chicken and delicious sauces. This is now my favorite takeaway spot. I highly recommend it.

This was my first time trying this restaurant and I have to say the food is really delicious. The salt and chili chicken in particular was very tasty. The delivery was quick and the prices were reasonable. I would definitely recommend it. Visualizza piatti

This used to be a good Chinese takeaway but in recent years the prices have gone up and the quality has gone way down.Unfortunately, like many Chinese takeaways they are using some cheap kind of processed chicken that is spongy and unpleasant for 5 6 quid a dish I want real fresh chicken!

been getting food from here for years. never had a bad meal. the salt n chilli chicken/chips/squid are amazing. won't go anywhere else for a Chinese as always find most places too greasy. can't really comment on delivery times as I always collect. every time I try something new here it's always great too.

Having placed the order online and selected the delivery slot of 18:30, we did not receive the food until 19:00. I phoned several times to enquire as to where it was! The food was almost cold and the lemon chicken was very dry. The half duck and pancakes needed more pancakes a sit was to be a main meal. Customer service was not very good given the delays. Sadly the quality of this take away seems to have dropped. Had a takeaway today but the sweet and sour chicken peking style was only lukewarm and the sauce was very lumpy, The crispy beef was very chewy and again only lukewarm. The s8ngapire noodles were delicious but again lukewarm, Perhaps if you order on line and the food is cooked in advance it is not kept warm. So disappointing as this was our go to place

I placed an online order for delivery to my hotel, providing the hotel name and postcode. I requested a call upon arrival so I could meet the delivery person outside the reception. At 7:30 pm, I received a call from someone whose English was not clear, but I understood that they had arrived. I went outside to meet them, only to find out they had gone to the wrong hotel. After contacting Happy Garden to complain, I received no apology, just a promise to speak to the driver. The food finally arrived at 8:05 pm, but it was lukewarm and unappetizing, so I ended up throwing half of it away. Overall, a very disappointing experience that I do not plan on repeating.

I made an order for £27 worth of food at 1930 on a Sunday. The food didn't come after an hour, so I called up. They didn't have my order and had to request the kitchen to start it. I waited and waited. Finally after another 70 minutes the food arrived. I was told I could have some money back, but this didn't happen. I was passed feeling hungry. Upon opening the Thai style chicken I was very amused to find chicken in a heinz style chicken soup with a few chillies thrown in alongside the usual soggy veg. Dissatisfied to say the least. Poor customer relations. Poor quality. Very slow service. I'd recommend going elsewhere, or if pushed ringing in with your order at least. Visualizza piatti
